This Privacy Policy, issued by AGSC S.r.l., relates to the collection and use of personal information through the website www.kataux.com and its store on line, in order to inform Users about what type of personal information is gathered, how it is used, which third parties can access it, and how the User can access, update or delete his information.

Browser data:
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects, however it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties.

AGSC S.r.l. and its sales network
The User’s Personal Information can be accessed by any legal representative of AGSC S.r.l., employees of AGSC S.r.l. and the Group involved in the provision of products and services for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, and by the Data Coordinators and the Data Processors authorized to access the information as part of their duties.
